Cordelia provides free AP® exam preparation and practice tools for educational purposes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. Important Disclaimers and Non-Affiliation
3.1 No Affiliation with College Board
Cordelia is an independent educational platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with the College Board or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. AP®, Advanced Placement®, and College Board® are trademarks registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this website or its services.
3.2 Independent Content
All practice questions, explanations, exam simulations, and educational materials provided on this Service are created independently by Cordelia. These materials are designed for educational purposes and test preparation, but do not represent actual College Board AP® exam questions or official College Board materials.
3.3 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding your performance on actual AP® exams. Individual results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: study habits, prior knowledge, test-taking conditions, and individual aptitude.
3.4 Fair Use and Educational Purpose
Any references to the College Board, AP® exams, or related trademarks are used solely for descriptive and educational purposes under fair use doctrine. Such references are intended to inform users about the type of educational content provided and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
3.5 Trademark Acknowledgment
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other proprietary designations of third parties used on this Service belong to their respective owners. - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service
- Damages resulting from errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
- Personal injury or property damage related to your use of the Service
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
- Interruption or cessation of the Service

9. Indemnification

10. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., feedback, suggestions). However, by submitting content, you grant Cordelia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for purposes of operating and improving the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
